What is the ever loving difference between hoshoukin and shikikin? as far as KANJI goes, the hoshou is "security" and the shiki is "lay" (same one they use for laying carpet, and, as I just discovered: IMPOSING WIDELY upon.) I'd have to say HELL YEAH, it's QUITE the imposition to potentially lay on THREE effing fees ONTOP of the two months you'd be paying for up front regardless of any other fees. RIDICULOUS, I say. NO WONDER the economy is utter CRAP in Japain! Blood comes not from TURNIPS, dearhearts.
